What happens on a consultation call?

A relaxed 30 minutes. You tell me what you're working on — a launch, a moment of crisis, a leadership transition, a story you can't quite shape — and I'll ask the questions that help us both see it more clearly. By the end, you'll know whether I'm the right fit and what a sensible next step might look like.

Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to continue afterwards.

Founders, comms leads, executives and leadership teams at moments that matter — funding rounds, market entries, sensitive announcements, reputation questions. Organisations of all sizes, from early-stage to established.

What time zone are you in, and can we meet across time zones?

Based in Helsinki (Europe/Helsinki, EET/EEST). Calendly converts slots to your local time. Regular clients across Europe, the UK and North America.

When are you typically available?

Monday–Friday, generally 09:00–17:00 EET. If no open slot works, send a note via the contact form and I'll do my best to find a time outside those hours.

Consultations are conducted in English. I work with international clients and English-language media as a matter of course.

What should I prepare beforehand?

Nothing formal. A few sentences about the situation, the audience and what a good outcome would look like is plenty. Optional: share a link in the Calendly notes.

Will you sign an NDA before we talk?

Initial consultations are confidential by professional convention. If your situation is especially sensitive and a written NDA would put you at ease, mention it in the booking notes and I'll send one over.

If we're a good fit, I follow up within two business days with a written proposal — scope, timeline and a fixed or retainer-based fee. If we're not the right fit, I'll point you toward someone who is.
